These Terms & Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

  • Use of the website www.alpenreich.ch (the \u201cWebsite\u201d); and<\/li>\n
  • Any advisory and coordination services provided by ALPENREICH (the \u201cServices\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    By accessing the Website, submitting medical information, requesting institutional introductions, or otherwise engaging ALPENREICH, you agree to these Terms.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

    If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Services.<\/p>\n

    2. Engagement Trigger<\/b><\/p>\n

    An advisory relationship is deemed to commence when a Client:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

    • Submits medical or personal information for coordination purposes;<\/li>\n
    • Requests introductions to medical or longevity institutions; or<\/li>\n
    • Seeks structured advisory guidance from ALPENREICH.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      No separate signed agreement is required for these Terms to apply.<\/p>\n

      3. Nature of Services<\/b><\/p>\n

      ALPENREICH operates exclusively as a Medical & Longevity Access Advisory<\/b>.<\/b><\/p>\n

      Services may include:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Identification of relevant physician-led institutions;<\/li>\n
      • Coordination of information flow;<\/li>\n
      • Structured introduction to selected medical providers;<\/li>\n
      • Advisory support relating to access pathways.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        ALPENREICH does not:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice;<\/li>\n
        • Diagnose, prescribe, or recommend specific treatments;<\/li>\n
        • Guarantee medical outcomes;<\/li>\n
        • Act as a healthcare provider;<\/li>\n
        • Enter medical contracts on behalf of Clients;<\/li>\n
        • Control clinical decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          All medical decisions are exclusively between the Client and the treating institution.<\/p>\n

          4. No Medical Advice<\/b><\/p>\n

          All information provided by ALPENREICH is:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

            \n
          • Informational in nature;<\/li>\n
          • Based on publicly available credentials and institutional positioning;<\/li>\n
          • Non-clinical;<\/li>\n
          • Not a substitute for licensed medical consultation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Clients must seek independent medical advice before making health-related decisions.<\/p>\n

            5. Independence & Referral Compensation<\/b><\/p>\n

            ALPENREICH may receive referral compensation from certain partner institutions.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

            Such compensation:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

              \n
            • Does not establish agency;<\/li>\n
            • Does not create joint liability;<\/li>\n
            • Does not influence institutional medical decisions;<\/li>\n
            • Does not restrict Clients from selecting any provider of their choice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              ALPENREICH remains independent in its coordination role.<\/p>\n

              6. Client Representations<\/b><\/p>\n

              The Client represents and warrants that:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                \n
              • All information provided is accurate and complete;<\/li>\n
              • They remain solely responsible for medical decisions;<\/li>\n
              • They understand ALPENREICH does not control treatment outcomes;<\/li>\n
              • They have consulted or will consult appropriate medical professionals;<\/li>\n
              • They assume responsibility for insurance coverage and financial obligations to third-party providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                ALPENREICH relies on the accuracy of information provided.<\/p>\n

                7. Third-Party Providers<\/b><\/p>\n

                Medical institutions, physicians, clinics, laboratories, and related entities are independent third parties.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                ALPENREICH:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Does not supervise treatment;<\/li>\n
                • Does not control clinical judgment;<\/li>\n
                • Is not responsible for medical outcomes;<\/li>\n
                • Is not liable for acts or omissions of independent providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Contracts for treatment exist solely between the Client and the institution.<\/p>\n

                  8. Limitation of Liability<\/b><\/p>\n

                  To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                    \n
                  1. ALPENREICH shall not be liable for:\n

                    – Indirect or consequential losses;
                    – Loss of profits or opportunity;
                    <\/span>– Emotional distress;
                    <\/span>– Reputational harm;
                    <\/span>– Clinical outcomes;
                    <\/span>– Acts or omissions of third parties.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  2. The total aggregate liability of ALPENREICH arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed:
                    SGD 5,000<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    This limitation does not exclude liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.<\/p>\n

                    9. Force Majeure<\/b><\/p>\n

                    ALPENREICH shall not be liable for delay or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • Government actions;<\/li>\n
                    • Travel or regulatory restrictions;<\/li>\n
                    • Epidemics or pandemics;<\/li>\n
                    • Institutional closure;<\/li>\n
                    • War, civil unrest, or natural disasters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      10. Data Protection & Confidentiality<\/b><\/p>\n

                      Processing of personal data is governed by the ALPENREICH Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                      Where applicable, ALPENREICH processes data in accordance with:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                        \n
                      • EU GDPR;<\/li>\n
                      • Swiss revFADP;<\/li>\n
                      • Singapore PDPA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Clients consent to the secure transmission of relevant medical documentation to selected institutions for coordination purposes.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                        ALPENREICH implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the advisory nature of its Services.<\/p>\n

                        11. Website Use<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                        Users must not:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                          \n
                        • Attempt unauthorized access;<\/li>\n
                        • Interfere with system security;<\/li>\n
                        • Use the Website for unlawful purposes;<\/li>\n
                        • Transmit harmful code.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          12. Intellectual Property<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                          All Website content is owned by ALPENREICH.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                          No reproduction or distribution is permitted without prior written consent.<\/p>\n

                          13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                          These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                          Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.<\/p>\n

                          14. Amendments<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                          ALPENREICH may update these Terms at any time.<\/p>\n

                          Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Website.<\/p>\n

                          15. Severability<\/b><\/p>\n<\/p>\n

                          If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.<\/p>\n
