1. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern:
- Use of the website www.alpenreich.ch (the “Website”); and
- Any advisory and coordination services provided by ALPENREICH (the “Services”).
By accessing the Website, submitting medical information, requesting institutional introductions, or otherwise engaging ALPENREICH, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Website or Services.
2. Engagement Trigger
An advisory relationship is deemed to commence when a Client:
- Submits medical or personal information for coordination purposes;
- Requests introductions to medical or longevity institutions; or
- Seeks structured advisory guidance from ALPENREICH.
No separate signed agreement is required for these Terms to apply.
3. Nature of Services
ALPENREICH operates exclusively as a Medical & Longevity Access Advisory.
Services may include:
- Identification of relevant physician-led institutions;
- Coordination of information flow;
- Structured introduction to selected medical providers;
- Advisory support relating to access pathways.
ALPENREICH does not:
- Provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice;
- Diagnose, prescribe, or recommend specific treatments;
- Guarantee medical outcomes;
- Act as a healthcare provider;
- Enter medical contracts on behalf of Clients;
- Control clinical decision-making.
All medical decisions are exclusively between the Client and the treating institution.
4. No Medical Advice
All information provided by ALPENREICH is:
- Informational in nature;
- Based on publicly available credentials and institutional positioning;
- Non-clinical;
- Not a substitute for licensed medical consultation.
Clients must seek independent medical advice before making health-related decisions.
5. Independence & Referral Compensation
ALPENREICH may receive referral compensation from certain partner institutions.
Such compensation:
- Does not establish agency;
- Does not create joint liability;
- Does not influence institutional medical decisions;
- Does not restrict Clients from selecting any provider of their choice.
ALPENREICH remains independent in its coordination role.
6. Client Representations
The Client represents and warrants that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete;
- They remain solely responsible for medical decisions;
- They understand ALPENREICH does not control treatment outcomes;
- They have consulted or will consult appropriate medical professionals;
- They assume responsibility for insurance coverage and financial obligations to third-party providers.
ALPENREICH relies on the accuracy of information provided.
7. Third-Party Providers
Medical institutions, physicians, clinics, laboratories, and related entities are independent third parties.
ALPENREICH:
- Does not supervise treatment;
- Does not control clinical judgment;
- Is not responsible for medical outcomes;
- Is not liable for acts or omissions of independent providers.
Contracts for treatment exist solely between the Client and the institution.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Singapore law:
- ALPENREICH shall not be liable for:
– Indirect or consequential losses;
– Loss of profits or opportunity;
– Emotional distress;
– Reputational harm;
– Clinical outcomes;
– Acts or omissions of third parties. - The total aggregate liability of ALPENREICH arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall not exceed:
SGD 5,000
This limitation does not exclude liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Force Majeure
ALPENREICH shall not be liable for delay or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Government actions;
- Travel or regulatory restrictions;
- Epidemics or pandemics;
- Institutional closure;
- War, civil unrest, or natural disasters.
10. Data Protection & Confidentiality
Processing of personal data is governed by the ALPENREICH Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, ALPENREICH processes data in accordance with:
- EU GDPR;
- Swiss revFADP;
- Singapore PDPA.
Clients consent to the secure transmission of relevant medical documentation to selected institutions for coordination purposes.
ALPENREICH implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the advisory nature of its Services.
11. Website Use
Users must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access;
- Interfere with system security;
- Use the Website for unlawful purposes;
- Transmit harmful code.
12. Intellectual Property
All Website content is owned by ALPENREICH.
No reproduction or distribution is permitted without prior written consent.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
14. Amendments
ALPENREICH may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Website.
15. Severability
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
