Welcome to PT ALPENREICH Travel Concierge (“ALPENREICH”)! These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our website located at http://www.alpenreich.ch (the “Site”) and the services provided by ALPENREICH (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with our T&C. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use our Site.
1. Definitions
- “Service” refers to the website and the Health & Longevity Concierge services provided by ALPENREICH.
- “User” refers to any person who accesses or uses the Site and the Service provided by ALPENREICH.
- “Content” includes text, images, and other materials available on the Site.
- “Health Concierge” refers to the facilitation of travel and arrangements for surgical treatments and rehabilitation programs or recovery programs from mental health disorders. These services will be facilitated in collaboration with the healthcare institutions and HCPs partnering with ALPENREICH.
- “Longevity Concierge” refers to the facilitation of travel and arrangements for anti-aging and functional medicine programs. These services will be facilitated in collaboration with the healthcare institutions and HCPs partnering with ALPENREICH.
- “Client” refers to the person authorizing ALPENREICH in writing to provide one or more of its Services.
- “Service Agreement”: a binding contract the Client enters in with ALPENREICH upon written authorization by the Client.
- „Travel Party“ refers to the complete group of persons included in a travel request for Health and/or Longevity treatments or programs, usually made by the lead person of that group.
2. Use of the Website
a) To use our Site, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where our services are legally permitted.
3. Services Provided
a) ALPENREICH offers the following services:
- Health Concierge: Arrangements for surgical treatments and rehabilitation programs, or recovery for mental health disorders including coordination with HCPs and public or private healthcare institutions.
- Longevity Concierge: Services and arrangements related to anti-aging, longevity and/or functional medicine treatments and programs in Switzerland.
- Recovery Concierge: Services and arrangements related to mental health disorders and recovery programs in Switzerland.
4. User Conduct
a) You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Illegal activities
- Harassment or abuse
- Spamming
- Uploading harmful content
5. Concierge Service Pricing
a) ALPENREICH does not charge a concierge service fee to the Clients. It is upon the discretion of each Client to offer ALPENREICH to charge a remuneration of their choice for the provided services, upon successful completion and as per customer satisfaction level. Such offer is purely voluntary and ALPENREICH does not charge any fee without the Clients’ written offer to do so.
b) As part of Our 360° concierge service we can make all reservations related to the Switzerland visit of our Clients (traveling alone or with family). The Client agrees to pay the respective invoices directly to the third party e.g. the hotel, limousine service or helicopter/private jet company.
c) Upon client request, ALPENREICH also offers guided day-trips within and outside Switzerland, for a service fee of net CHF 1’200 per day. This price only includes a MB V-Class van with driver; it does not include any other costs related to the day-trip e.g. cable car and train tickets, meals, helicopter flights etc.
6. Flights
a) ALPENREICH shall not be held responsible should airlines discontinue flights on certain routings or change scheduled timetables, resulting in missed connections etc.. Should an amendment in a routing or itinerary be necessary ALPENREICH will re-quote the Client accordingly.
b) Upon request from the Clients, ALPENREICH may assist with flight reservations. However, the Client agrees to pay the respective flight invoices directly to the third party e.g. the travel agent or airlines. Flight confirmation is based on availability. Flight reservations cannot be confirmed until the Client has submitted a passport copy to ALPENREICH. Any airline ticket constitutes a contract between the Client and the airlines (and not ALPENREICH), even if purchased through any of Our network partners.
c) ALPENREICH shall not be liable and does not assume responsibility for, or accept claims about seat assignments, name changes, schedule changes, flight changes and/or cancellations. Should the Client change or cancel flight arrangements before or after the travel to Switzerland begins, all airline charges and/or cancellation fees will apply and shall be charged by the Client.
7. Contract, Bookings and Cancellations
a) Contract: Your contract (“Service Agreement”) is with ALPENREICH. Any contract with ALPENREICH is subject to the T&Cs, which are binding for all parties. Before signing ALPENREICH up for its Health & Longevity Services, the Client must ensure that he/she have read and understood the T&Cs (raising any queries you may have with ALPENREICH). By asking ALPENREICH to confirm the concierge arrangements for the Client, the Client is accepting the T&Cs laid out on the Site and is acknowledging that he/she has read the terms of this contract and fully agrees with it.
b) An additional „Consent Form“ is to be signed by the Client with which he/she agrees to share medical or psychological information with ALPENREICH and to authorize ALPENREICH to share and discuss such personal data with HCP and health care institutions.
c) ALPENREICH requires the Client to purchase a travel insurance and ALPENREICH will assist the Client to sign-up for a halal insurance policy. The Client must be ensure that his/her insurance fully covers all the personal requirements including pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation charges, medical expenses and repatriation in the event of accident or illness. If the Client choose to travel without adequate insurance cover, the Client will be requested to sign an “Insurance Waiver Form” and ALPENREICH will not be liable for any losses howsoever arising, in respect of which insurance cover would otherwise have been available.
d) Should the Client already has paid any of ALPENREICH’s network partners or airline for a certain booking, service or program and cancels the booking, service or program thereafter, the cancellation policy of the respective network partner applies. The Client will not hold ALPENREICH liable for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred.
e) The Client is accountable for all those in the booking party to agree to be bound by these T&Cs (including anyone added or substituted at a later stage). It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure all in their travel party are aware of and have read these T&C.
f) ALPENREICH cannot accept liability or pay compensation where the prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by, or you suffer any damage or loss as a result of force majeure. In these T&Cs, force majeure means any event that ALPENREICH or the third-party hospitality partners in question could not reasonably foresee or avoid. Such events are likely to include war, threat of war, civil strife, riot, civil disorder/unrest, industrial dispute, actual or threat of terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, breakout of an epidemic or pandemic disease, technical problems with transport, cancellation or amendment to any scheduled flight, closure, congestion of airports or ports, adverse weather conditions and all similar events outside our control. In the circumstances amounting to force majeure, ALPENREICH will not be required to refund any money to you, although if we can recover any monies from our third-party hospitality partners, we will refund these to you without any charge by us.
8. Passport and Visa
a) A valid passport is required for travelling to Switzerland and the Schengen Area.
b) Passports must be valid for six (6) months after completion of your journey and should have at least four (4) blank pages for the visa, entry and exit stamps.
c) Switzerland and the countries of the Schengen Area require a visa for citizens from certain countries e.g. ASEAN and GCC countries. ALPENREICH offers assistance for the visa application process under the condition that the Client and the Travel Party fully complies with the vias application process, the submission of all required documents and the deadlines provided by the respective embassy and ALPENREICH regarding the booked flights. It is the Clients’ sole responsibility to obtain the appropriate visa and have available, when necessary, the appropriate and valid travel documents.
d) The Client may be refused boarding or disembarked from a plane without liability for refund, payment, compensation, or credit of any kind if the Client does not have proper documentation, and the Client will be subject to any fine or other costs incurred by ALPENREICH, which result from improper documentation or non-compliance with the applicable regulations.
9. Clients’ Obligations
a) The Client must ensure that all travel documents, passports, visas and vaccination certificates are in order and that the Client ensures that the Client and all travelers have taken the advice of their primary care physicians regarding all travelers’ fit-for-travel. ALPENREICH will offer general advice but cannot be held responsible if the Client does not comply with current requirements before departure. ALPENREICH do not accept liability for any advice given of a general nature prior to the travel commencing. The Client is responsible for a timely check-in for all flights and for presenting himself/herself to take up all pre-booked components of his/her travel. No credit or refund will be given to the Client should the Client fail to take up any component of his/her travel or if he/she loses any travel documents. ALPENREICH draw the Clients’ attention to the fact that there are certain inherent risks involved in every travel and these must be accepted by the Client at his/her own risk. If the Client wishes to discuss any such risks with ALPENREICH, ALPENREICH would be more than happy to provide advice over the telephone or in writing.
b) The Client is requested to carefully read the details listed in any reservation, third-party invoice, tickets or any other documentation ALPENREICH sends to him/her as soon as the Client receives them. The Client shall contact ALPENREICH immediately if any information appears to be incorrect as it may not be possible to make changes later. The Client agrees to be responsible for any costs and expenses involved in rectifying any inaccuracies except where ALPENREICH made the mistake.
10. Intellectual Property
a) All content on the Site is owned by ALPENREICH. Users grant ALPENREICH a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use content submitted by users.
11. Privacy Policy

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
a) Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ALPENREICH is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our services.
b) The Client recognizes that travel is inherently risky. The Client accepts the inherent risks of this travel and acknowledge that the enjoyment of adventuring or undergoing any medical and/or anti-aging treatment or abroad is beyond the normal safety of home and work is part of the reason for his/her participation in this trip. As a result, the Client release ALPENREICH from all or any liability to the undersigned, his/her personal representatives, heirs, assigns and next of kin, from any and all losses, damages, death, inconvenience or injuries to the person or damage or loss of property of the undersigned, or on account of death, injury, loss or inconvenience resulting from ALPENREICH’s negligence or the negligent or willful conduct of any hospitality third parties while the undersigned is participating in a tour or any travel or other arrangements made by ALPENREICH.
c) Additionally, ALPENREICH cannot accept liability for any sums which relate to any business losses.
d) Carriage by air and sea is subject to the terms and conditions of the carriers with whom the Client and his/her co-travelers travels and to international conventions. ALPENREICH accepts no liability whatsoever for cancellations, strikes, timetable changes, diversions, technical issues unrelated to ALPENREICH, lost or mislaid luggage, rescheduling costs, missed accommodation, or delays which result from any operational decision of the carrier concerned. ALPENREICH accepts no liability for death, injury or illness that derives from carriage by air or sea.
13. Medical Disclaimer
a) ALPENREICH’s Health & Longevity Concierge Services do not constitute medical and psychological advice, respectively. Users shall consult their healthcare providers before making any medical, anti-aging or recovery decisions.
b) Assisting in such critical health related matters is a complex commitment that ALPENREICH is happy to take on with the highest possible responsibility for making valuable surgeon and treatment program recommendations to its Clients. However, ALPENREICH trusts that the Client fully understands and honors that ALPENREICH cannot be held accountable for the outcome of any surgical, rehabilitation, anti-aging or recovery programs. As any doctor and clinic will request one to sign a related agreement about adverse events or achieved treatment outcomes, ALPENREICH will also require the Client to sign a similar agreement that releases ALPENREICH from any accountability regarding the outcome of the planned surgical, rehabilitation, anti-aging or mental health programs.
14. Governing Law
a) These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
15. Dispute Resolution
a) Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, under the rules of the arbitration organization “Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia” (BANI) and according to Law No. 30 “Arbitration and Non-Litigious Dispute Resolution Procedures”.
b) Each party shall bear its own fees, costs and expenses and an equal share of any arbitrator and administrative fees; however, the prevailing party shall be entitled to full recovery of all such costs and fees.
c) Disputes shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, with there being no right or authority for any disputes to be arbitrated on a class action basis or in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public, other travel suppliers or other entities similarly situated.
16. Links to Other Websites
a) Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. ALPENREICH has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.
b) The User further acknowledges and agrees that ALPENREICH shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. ALPENREICH strongly advises the User to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that are visited.
17. Changes To Terms
a) We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. All modified T&C shall automatically be effective upon being posted by ALPENREICH to the website www.alpenreich.ch. Accordingly, the Client should check the website www.alpenreich.ch prior to travel to ensure he/she is aware of any changes.
18. Miscellaneous
a) Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
b) Entire Agreement: These T&C constitute the entire agreement between users and ALPENREICH.
c) Waiver: Any waiver of rights must be in writing and signed by ALPENREICH and its Client.
d) Any purchase of goods or services which the Client make while on the trip are solely at the Clients’ risk, including, without limitation, such problems as defects, failure to ship or damage to goods while in shipment, whether or not the purchase was made from a vendor recommended by a guide, other person rendering trip services or any third party.
e) The Client agrees that if the Client is injured or become ill, ALPENREICH may, at his/her cost, attempt to arrange medical treatment, evacuation or any other emergency services on the Clients’ behalf as it deems essential for his/her safety and well-being but ALPENREICH accepts no responsibility for the quality or adequacy of any such treatment, evacuation or services.
f) Baggage is carried entirely at the Clients’ risk. ALPENREICH and our local third-party hospitality partners reserve the right to remove anyone from a trip without refund who acts in a manner that it considers unsafe or inconsiderate to fellow travelers or others and/or who ignores the requests of his or her ALPENREICH guide(s) to act in a safe and considerate manner.
